Instructions:
Open-VR Input Emulator does not work for Oculus products.
OpenVR-InputEmulator appears to be a dead project. The last release is almost 3 years old. From what I understand, it doesn't really work with Steam anymore.
I'll still keep it here incase anyone wants to download it and get it to work. Thank you for letting me know.
