Set up phone app wifi credentials not valid issue

Hi guys I need some help setting up the app it will not connect will not connect to the Wi-Fi I don't know I don't know what I'm doing wrong it used to work a couple of years anow it's out of storage I can't seem To get it to connect

    Please make sure you have Bluetooth on your phone/tablet and that you're connected to 2.4ghz WiFi connection. A new version update is available in play store or apple store.
